Providing the best delivery experience to hungry customers is at the heart of what we do. As a courier on the Just Eat network, when you accept an offer, the responsibility of completing that delivery is on you.

We get that not every delivery is a walk in the park, so here’s a reminder of some of the basic steps that can help you deliver like a Pro.

  • If you’re unable to complete a delivery, you can decline the offer or use the chat function to get the offer unmatched from you.
  • You have the option to pause offers in the courier App if you want to temporarily stop receiving new offers.
  • While completing a delivery, remember to swipe and update your status accurately during each stage of the delivery process.
  • Double check the special delivery instructions provided by the customer to avoid delays.
  • Don’t hesitate to contact support if a customer has included a different address in their special delivery instructions or if you’re unable to reach the customer.
  • If you’re unable to locate the customer’s address, contact the customer directly or use the chat function in the app to get support.

Remember, your access to the Just Eat Network may be permanently revoked for failure to complete deliveries as per the courier agreement.
