When you receive an order, you will be notified of the order number. The order number is the number that identifies the specific order that you are collecting.

The Courier App will display the last 4 digits of the order number in bold. If you’re collecting an order from a McDonalds restaurant, they identify their orders using the final 5 digits of the number (not just 4).

By reading out the final 5 digits of the order number, rather than just 4, you will speed up the collection of the order and be on your way in less time. 

McDonalds have flagged this as one of the biggest factors in increased waiting time for Couriers, and we know you want to be back on the road in the shortest time possible.
