Struggling to find an appropriate parking space when out on a delivery run? Please be respectful if a restaurant partner has asked you not to park in a specific place (e.g. directly in front of their premises) and follow any instructions indicating a more appropriate place to park.

It’s also important not to bring any vehicles into buildings, such as shopping centres, if it is against the building policy.

It is key, both for your safety and the safety of our restaurant partners, that you follow the legal speed limit and park your vehicle in designated/lawful areas only. You are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any parking fines or road traffic offences you incur whilst carrying out runs.

Unless you’re entitled to do so, please don’t park in disabled or parent and child bays. It is important you follow traffic signs and one way systems as well as taking note of any roads with restricted access (e.g. time restrictions).
