We’re aware that a small number of couriers (we call them ‘shift-grabbers’) are using third party ‘shift-grabbing’ apps to gain more Open Run shifts for themselves. 

As a result of this, honest couriers have been struggling to get their own shifts – which isn’t fair.

But don’t worry, we now have a number of systems in place to stop this and identify the couriers using ‘shift-grabbing’ apps. And because this is a breach of contract, anyone caught using these apps will have their access revoked. We want our Just Eat Network to remain fair for all of our couriers, so everyone has an equal opportunity to get shifts.
