Every customer that orders a Just Eat delivery via the app on their phone, including if they use iOS or Android, can use our tipping feature.

This means you can earn recognition for your hard work, dedication and great service, as well as opening up a new stream of income. When customers are placing their orders they’ll have the option to express their appreciation by adding a tip right at the checkout stage.

No, the app will update automatically

How can I see if a customer has tipped me?
When you check your earnings tab, you’ll find a dedicated space just for your tips. The complete order pay will be shown on your offer screen

How can I view how many tips I’ve earned that week?
This will also be visible on the earnings screen. You can check the earnings screen to see a full breakdown of your earnings on a per-order basis, including which orders you received tips for, how much and the date of the order

When will I get paid?
All tips should be added to your pay automatically, if the customer has left a tip for that order. Remember, tips are optional and will not be applicable to all orders
