Your feedback is always important to us, which is why we have made some improvements over the last few months off the back of your helpful suggestions.
These have included;
Brand partnerships: We wanted to make sure you’re getting the most out of your visits to some of our popular brands. To show that your efforts are valued, we recently partnered with GDK to give free snacks to couriers during Ramadan, as well as KFC who are giving away free soft drinks to Just Eat couriers – hopefully this helps to make your runs that bit easier.
App improvements: After listening to your input, we made some helpful changes. These include an improved visual experience and fewer clicks needed to interact with the app, so it should now be easier to navigate your orders.
New zones: We launched 11 new zones over the past few months, giving you more choice than ever before.
Extended zone times: As we look to increase our early morning and late night offerings, we further extended the opening hours of 50 zones, meaning more runs for you to choose from.
Tipping: Tipping is now live across iOS, allowing customers with an iPhone to add a tip to their order. We’ll soon make this feature available on Android phones too. It’s important to us that the majority of our customers can now tip and reward you for the great service that you provide.
Pay spikes: We have introduced better boosts in some zones via pay spikes. This will continue to evolve thanks to your feedback.
Listening to you: Your feedback means a lot to us, which is why we will now be sending our courier surveys via the app, this will make it easier to gather your answers to make sure you are heard.
