Customer unreachable? New app improvement

When you can’t get in contact with the customer, it can be difficult to deliver the order correctly, and may lead to delays in dropping off the order.

To make your drop off smoother, we have introduced a change in the app which will allow you to select the drop off location for when a customer is unreachable.

You can select where you have left the order, such as ‘Main door’ or ‘Reception’, which will give greater visibility for our customer care team who can then direct the customer to the location of the order should they get in touch.

This will provide a better delivery experience for both you and the customer, and will aim to help any miscommunication when at the customers address.
