To help avoid long waiting times, and to allow better use of your time on your delivery run – we have introduced a new notification for McDonald’s orders.

When your order is almost ready to be picked up at the counter, you will be notified via the Courier App.

Once you receive this notification, that will be a signal for you to enter the store and pick up the order from the counter. This will prevent unnecessary waiting in-store, and will help improve communication and visibility on the best time to pick up your McDonald’s order.

Please note, the notification will be triggered approximately 1 minute before the food is ready. So, you should already arrive at your McDonald’s location in time to receive the notification.
