From time to time, we may send you certain challenges to complete within your zone for a cash incentive, such as a challenge to deliver a certain number of orders within a set time.
If we’ve ever sent you a specific challenge for your zone, you would have heard about it via email.
However, challenges will now be viewable in the Courier app for all zones.
You can view the Challenge Hub by clicking on ‘Profile’, then ‘Promotions’, then ‘Challenges’. By viewing your challenges on the Courier app, this new feature will allow you to visualise, monitor and track your progress towards your challenges. If you are enrolled onto a live challenge, a progress bar will also appear on your dashboard. This will give you real time updates on how close you are to completing your challenge, so you’re always in the know about what you have to do to get your cash incentive.


When you complete your challenge, we will pay you a set amount. By using the Courier App, you will now have greater transparency on your challenge payments, including the amount achieved and the exact date you have earned your incentive.


We can also notify you via the app on any changes or reminders regarding your challenge, so you keep up to speed on your progress.
Where to access courier challenges on the app?
Make sure to have the latest update of the app on your phone. You can view your Challenge Hub by clicking on ‘Profile’, then ‘Promotions’, then ‘Challenges’. You will then be guided on a walkthrough on the app.
When should you see the change?
We are now working to update the Courier App for all zones with this new feature, so make sure you have updated your app. However, not every zone will have a live challenge – so keep an eye out for any that pop up.
So what’s changing?
Instead of sending courier challenges via email, we are moving the experience onto the Courier app for greater transparency towards your challenge progress and payments, as well as a more engaging experience overall.
