Managing your delivery status 

When you’re on your delivery run and accepting and delivering orders it’s important to update your status and stay within a close distance in order for the courier app to track your progress. 

Below we’ve split this out from accepting your order, arriving at the restaurant and delivering to the customer:

Step 1 – Accepting an order 

When your courier app presents a new offer you can choose to accept by pressing and holding the Accept Offer button. It’s important to stay within your delivery zone in order to get offers. You can see the boundaries of your zone in the dashboard section of the app.

Step 2 – Arriving at the restaurant/ pick up location

Once you’ve arrived at your pick up location you’ll need to let us know. Simply long press the I’ve Arrived button and wait to collect your customers order. It’s really important that you are located within close distance to the restaurant when accepting in order for us to correctly update your status. Once you have picked up your order you can then long press Pick up Order and then Starting Route.

Step 3 – Delivery to the customer

Once you have arrived at your customers location you’ll need to let us know.  Simply long press Hand to Customer in the app and pass the order over to the customer. Handy hint: make sure you check the delivery notes to see if there are any special instructions. Once you’ve handed over the order you are ready to accept new offers. Please note that when you arrive at the customers location you must be within close distance when you press Hand to Customer.
