Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This promotional offer (“Offer”) is available exclusively to individuals who:
   1. Register as a new courier with Just Eat; and
   2. Are operating within one of the following geographic zones (“Eligible Zones”).
      Amesbury, Hollywood, Llanelli, Pontefract, Saltash, Elgin, Newquay, Workington
      

2. Incentive Details
   Upon successful completion of all twenty-five (25) deliveries within eight (8) weeks (56 days) of account activation (‘incentive period’), eligible couriers will receive a one-time payment of one hundred and twenty pounds (£120) (“incentive”).
   
3. Delivery Requirements
   Only deliveries completed and accepted via the official Just Eat courier platform during the incentive period will count.
   
4. Timeframe
   All twenty-five deliveries must be completed within the incentive period. Any deliveries completed after this period will not count.
   
5. Payment of Incentive
   The incentive will be paid to eligible couriers within 30 days following verification that the delivery target has been met. Just Eat reserves the right to withhold payment if it reasonably suspects any fraudulent or non-compliant activity.
   
6. General Terms
   1. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with any other courier sign-up promotions.
   2. Just Eat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
   3. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all decisions by Just Eat regarding the Offer, which are final and binding.
   4. Couriers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Just Eat policies during the promotional period.
      
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Eat excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Offer.
