How are we reducing restaurant wait times?

We understand that restaurant wait times can be frustrating. To address this, we’re introducing a notification system for McDonald’s orders. 

This feature will alert you when your order is ready, allowing you to go directly to the counter for pickup, we’re currently testing this feature in North Finchley – but keep your eyes peeled for future expansion 

How are we improving the quality of support and response times?

We’ve listened to your feedback and are dedicated to enhancing the support you need.

We’re constantly reviewing and monitoring our response times to ensure top-notch service for couriers facing any issues. We’ve set clear targets and provided extra training for our agents. We regularly check if our chats meet our standards to ensure you’re getting the right quality of support, and you can help us do this by using the app to leave a thumbs up or thumbs down to let us know if we solved your issue.      

Plus, we are introducing a new contact method to speed up response times – look out for more information coming soon. 

How are we improving safety? 

We’re excited to introduce our brand-new safety landing page on the Inside Track. This is your ultimate destination for all things safety, featuring a wealth of videos and articles to help you stay safe on the road. Plus, keep an eye out for our safety bulletin emails, these are packed with the latest tips and updates to keep you informed and protected.

It’s important to report any safety issues or incidents when they occur via the app. Please be assured that we investigate these things closely and are committed to keeping you as safe as possible on the roads. 

How are we enhancing kit?

We’re continuing to improve our kit range, and are thrilled to announce that we’re testing out new scooter mitts and leg covers to add extra protection for your rides. Plus, get ready for the launch of our courier shop next month, where you’ll be able to order your kit on-demand. Stay tuned for more updates

How are we engaging with you in person?

Over the past few months, we’ve met thousands of couriers across London at our StreetMeets events. Couriers were able to meet us and their fellow riders in person as well as grab some brand new kit and other freebies. We are planning more StreetMeets events across the UK later in the year – so be on the lookout for new dates and locations soon.
