Restaurant closures over the festive period

We’ll always remind our partners to update their Christmas opening hours. However, if you’re delivering during the festive season and find that a restaurant you’ve accepted an order for is closed, please reach out to us.

This way, we can cancel the order and prevent any additional orders from being placed.

Here’s what to do if you arrive at a restaurant over the festive season yet the restaurant is closed;

  1. Please chat in with us straight away while you’re still at the partner so we can verify you are in the right location. We are grateful for your patience while we verify this information.
  2. Ensure you have followed any special collection instructions from the restaurant. For example, some restaurants may have a window open for delivery service after the regular operation hours.
  3. We will attempt to contact the restaurant to verify – if we can’t reach them, we will cancel the order and take the restaurant offline to stop any future orders coming in.
