Easter Egg Game Competition

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By participating in this Competition, you agree to be bound by them.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of these terms and conditions and, by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.

1. Promoter:

Just Eat, Fleet Place House, EC4M 7RF (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to independent Couriers who are currently active on the Just Eat network. For the purpose of this promotion, ‘active’ is defined as having completed at least one delivery within the 8 weeks prior to the start date of the Competition (17th April 2025).
• Participants must have received a direct email invitation from the Promoter to participate in this Competition.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to participate.

3. Competition Period:

The Competition will commence on 17th April 2025 and will close on 25nd April 2025.

4. How to Participate:

• Eligible Just Eat couriers will receive a unique participation link via email during the Competition Period.
• Clicking on this link will direct participants to a digital scratch card interface.
• Participants must virtually “scratch” the designated area on the digital scratch card to reveal if they have won a prize.
• Each eligible courier is entitled to one (1) virtual scratch card during the Competition Period.

5. Prizes:

• The prizes to be won in this Competition are Just Eat vouchers with values ranging from £3 (three pounds) to £20 (twenty pounds).
• The specific number of vouchers available at each value (£3 – £20) will be determined by the Promoter.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Just Eat voucher prizes will be distributed to the winners via email to their registered Just Eat courier email address.
• All Just Eat vouchers are subject to Just Eat’s standard voucher terms and conditions, which may include expiry dates and other usage restrictions. Winners are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these terms.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim:

• Participants will receive instant notification on the digital scratch card interface indicating whether they have won a prize and the value of any voucher won.
• Winners do not need to take any further action to claim their prize. The Just Eat voucher will be automatically distributed via email to their registered Just Eat courier email address, as outlined in Clause 5.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

7. General:

• The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part.
• In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage. The Promoter will endeavour to minimize the effect of such disruption to participants.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Personal data collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will ¹ be securely destroyed thereafter, unless participants have opted in to receive further communications from the Promoter.
