Scanning a barcode or QR code

A Just Eat Courier

If you ever find yourself picking up a package from one of our partners, whether that be an item from Boots or CeX – you may find a barcode or QR code on the item.

To help make your deliveries smoother, we have now introduced a feature on the app that will allow you to scan a barcode or QR code directly into the Courier app.

When you arrive at the partner, the option to scan will pop up via the app. Simply point your camera, scan and go!

There will be 1 barcode per package, but you are able to scan individually if there are multiple items.

If any issues with the barcode scanning arise in-app, or if the partner does not have the items, please mark the item as unavailable and get in touch with our support team.

*Note for Co-Op orders*

If you find yourself delivering for Co-Op, you may notice tamper-seal Co-Op bags. Please ensure to always include a photo of the tamper-seal bag via the Courier app as proof of delivery when delivering from Co-Op.
