What is FlexiRun?
We have activated FlexiRun in some of our zones, to give you ultimate flexibility for when you want to deliver.
We’re making this change to give you more freedom over how and when you work. This new model is designed to increase delivery opportunities if you have not pre-scheduled a run in advance.
Check out some of our FAQs below
- What does it look like on the Courier app?
- How does accessing orders work on Just Eat work?
We operate on either a closed network or a FlexiRun network. A closed network means you would have to submit your availability in advance to be chosen for available runs. A FlexiRun network means you can submit your availability in advance, and also check to see if there are any runs available as and when you sign into the Courier app.
- What is a FlexiRun network?
FlexiRun gives you an alternative to access runs without scheduling them in advance. Whether you want to submit your availability in advance to be given runs, or log on and deliver on the go – it’s up to you!
- How is FlexiRun different from a closed network?
- Closed Network: A closed network means you have to submit your availability to access runs.
- FlexiRun Network: Our FlexiRun Network gives you the flexibility to pre-schedule your runs or to log in and deliver on the go when runs are available.
- Can I schedule runs and also use the ‘log-in and go’ feature on FlexiRun or is it one or the other?
Yes, you can! This is the core benefit of FlexiRun. You have the freedom to schedule your runs in advance AND log in to start delivering without a scheduled run. Just a heads-up: as we create more instant opportunities, there might be fewer scheduled runs available.
- I’m in a FlexiRun zone but I’ve logged in and my zone isn’t green?
We’re striving to keep your zone open as much as possible. However, to ensure you get enough delivery opportunities, we occasionally need to close the zone when there’s very high demand from couriers and fewer available deliveries. If your zone isn’t green on the map, simply keep checking back – more opportunities will become available.
- How will it affect my runs and earnings?
You’ll still earn per delivery and keep 100% of your tips. You still choose when you want to work, this just adds more freedom.
- How will I be updated with all things FlexiRun?
We will always update you on FlexiRun via email including our weekly courier newsletter which is sent every Friday and via our courier blog – The Inside Track.
