Before you start your run we suggest that you clean your thermal bag, inside out. You can do this by washing it with warm soapy water. Not only is it safer and more hygienic for our customers, but it will make sure your bag lasts longer too.
It is also a good idea to carry a washcloth and sanitizer with you on run to clean your bag, just in case there are any spillages between deliveries. We would recommend that whilst you’re making deliveries, keep your thermal bag inside your vehicle, not in the boot, so that the food will be delivered fresh and at the right temperature.
Once you pick up your order from the restaurant, remember to double check you have zipped the bag up all the way. Just leaving the zip open slightly could cause the order to go cold.

When delivering, we suggest keeping your bag in the footwell of the car or strapped into the passenger seat so there is less chance of having any spillages whilst driving. In our Just Eat bags there is a specific strap for drinks, remember to use this as much as possible to minimise the risk of drinks spilling.
The best way to keep your bags in good condition is to avoid leaving them in your vehicle overnight and cleaning them as regularly as possible.
You don’t have to use Just Eat branded bags if you don’t want to. But remember If you choose to supply your own bags, ensure they meet the following requirements;

- 18″ L x 15″ W x 14″ H
