• Get to know your delivery area– invest in a good sat nav and understand which roads are the busiest, particularly if you’re new to a city. Map out the easiest routes for busy restaurants just in case you need to avoid construction or roadworks.
  
• Double check your order– just because the restaurant hands you an order doesn’t mean it’s the right order. Confirm the order number on the package with the order number on your phone. You also want to make sure (if you can) that all the items are accounted for. Delivering an incomplete order is a sure way to lose any tips!
