Delivery zone change request

It’s important to us to provide a great courier experience – so to support any zone change requests, we have introduced the below form for you to fill out should you need to move to a different zone.

Only fill out the form if you are an active courier wanting to register your interest in moving to a different delivery zone.You must also use the email address associated with your Just Eat account.

Please note that you may lose any delivery runs scheduled in your current delivery zone when we move you to your requested zone.

By completing this form, we will move you to your zone of choice as soon as possible and this may be actioned by the team at any time. If you change your mind, please resubmit the form and select your preferred zone as ‘cancel request’. This will let us know you no longer wish to move.

It’s important to remember that we operate on a closed network to make sure there are enough deliveries for our current couriers. We constantly monitor zones and will move you as soon as there is an opportunity to do so.
