When you join the Just Eat network, you choose your delivery area by picking preferred zones if they are open to join.
Depending on where you are based, this may just be one zone if you are delivering within a smaller, more rural area. However, if you are delivering in a bigger city, you may find yourself in a zone group.
To receive offers, start your run in your chosen zone. Your zone location is available to see in the Courier app.
What is a zone group?
A zone group will be a cluster of zones that may be available to work in if you are delivering in a busier area. Please note, you may not see additional zones in a wider zone group if you are based in a smaller area.
What if I want to request additional zones that are open in my zone group?
If you see blue available zones in your zone group, you can self-serve on the app to add the additional available zones to your account.
Head to the Help Centre section on the app press the ‘Update Delivery Zones’ button. Add or remove by tapping the zones highlighted in blue. If no blue zones are shown, it means we’re not seeking more couriers in those zone right now. Keep an eye out, new ones might pop up occasionally.
