To change your account type from bicycle to a vehicle, or vice versa, we require the following information/documentation:
🚗 From Bike to Car
Ready to roll with four wheels? We need to see valid vehicle insurance with Hire and Reward cover, specifically for the carriage of goods. Also, send us a snap of your full driving licence, front and back. Have a thermal food bag, send us a picture or order one directly from us.
🚴♂️From Car to Bike
Switching to two wheels? You’ll need a thermal courier backpack. Either order one from the Courier Portal or show us yours with a pic (+ ID) upload.
