What do I need to do when I receive the email?
📧 Verify your email address.
🔓 Log in to the Sterling platform using the email link.
🔒 A verification window appears with options for double verification: authenticator app, text message, or opting out.
📍 Your location is verified.
🖋️ An electronic signature and consent are required, this is the final step before screening begins.
SCREENING AND DOCUMENTS – you will need to have the following to hand.
- Basic Info: First name, last name, Date of birth, phone number.
- Address history (past 5 years).
- Document Details: Name title (e.g., Miss, Mr, Ms), Document number, – Country of issue, and Gender.
- Position applied for.
- Place of birth, Nationality at birth.
- Passport details (if applicable).
- Driving license details (if applicable).
- National Insurance Number.
- DBS number (if applicable).
- UK Right to Work share code (if applicable).
🌍 Non-UK Nationals Only: Biometric Residence Permit (front and back).
